The smooth, matte finish and rounded, flexible stem make insertion and removal easy and comfortable. It’s designed for durability (lasts up to 10 years with proper care), breathability (no trapping of moisture), and functionality (holds up to three times as much as a regular tampon).
Returns
- Due to the intimate nature of the product, returns are not accepted for opened packages. However, if your item arrives damaged or you experience any issue with your order, reach out within 30 days and Saalt will make it right.

- Designed for light to regular flow. Capacity is approximately 15 mL. Measures 43 mm in diameter and 56 mm in total length (including stem). Thickness is tailored for flexibility and ease of use.

Product Care

End of Life
- When it’s finally time to say goodbye (after up to 10 years!), the Saalt Cup can be sent to a specialized silicone recycler or repurposed creatively. The packaging and cotton bag are both fully recyclable or compostable, depending on local guidelines.
